Perfect for post-workout recovery. Infused with Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils to offer therapeutic pain relief for sore muscles. Joints, nerves, and tendons whilst reducing inflammation and muscle spasms. Bath Soak: Dissolve 2 handfuls of Epsom Soak under warm, running water. Settle in and soak for 20minutes to help ease muscles. Shower and Body Exfoliating Scrub: Mix equal parts of the INUKA Body Wash OR Olive Oil and massage onto wet skin. Rinse thoroughly. *Use maximum 1 – 2 times per week. Do not use it as a Facial Scrub.
